For 12 days, I will share a short DIY tutorial with you that you can fully customize to your style and hopefully even use materials you already have at home!

Day 4 of our 12 Days of Christmas crafts series ties right in with our boho stockings from yesterday! Spice up your stockings with these fun tags!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

YARN | BELLS | CARDBOARD | SCISSORS | HOT GLUE GUN | PENCIL | HOLE PUNCHER

HOW TO

  1. Trace your initials onto a piece of cardboard and cut them out.
  2. Use a hole puncher to make an opening at the top of your letter.
  3. Tie a piece of yarn through the hole, which you will use later on to hang the initial from.
  4. Start wrapping your yarn around the letter, using small dabs of hot glue as you go. To make the letter thick, I wrapped it twice!
  5. Repeat this step if your are changing colors.
  6. Secure the loose ends with hot glue on the back side of the letter.
  7. To add even more holiday decoration, make a tassel out of the matching yarn and tie in some bells, too!
  8. Tie your new tags onto your stockings and you’re ready for Christmas day!
